To produce high-quality prints, it is important that you provide files that meet our technical requirements.
General requirements
File formats: We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPEG (JPEG must be 300 dpi).
Resolution: Recommended print resolution is 300 dpi (for raster graphics).
Color mode: Files must be saved in CMYK for printing.
Raster files: All layers must be merged/flattened (Adobe Photoshop: Image → Flatten Image).
Fonts: All fonts must be converted to outlines/curves
Adobe Illustrator: Type → Create Outlines
CorelDRAW: Arrange → Convert to Curves
Margins: All important elements (text, logos, etc.) must be placed at least 3 mm away from the cut line.
Safe area / bleed: Keep a safe area of 3 mm from the edge for text and key design elements to prevent them from being cut off.
Cut contour:
Cut lines must be on a separate layer.
The cut contour for one object must be a single closed path.
Stroke thickness: 1 pt.
Cut contours must not intersect each other.
Additionally
File check: Before production, send your files to us for a quick pre-check to confirm they meet the technical requirements.
Additional information: Along with the files, please include details about the quantity, material, print type, and any additional services (e.g., lamination).
